(AP) - For a third time, General Motors is recalling a group of SUVs.

This time it's a power window switch problem that could result in a fire, so GM is telling customers to park their vehicles outside for now.

The recall affects 2005-2007 SAAB 9-7x; 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT and GMC Envoy XL; and 2006-2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, Buick Rainier and Isuzu Ascender vehicles.

A short in the circuit board could cause power door and window switches not to work. The short could also lead to overheating and fire even when the vehicle isn't in use.

GM says the necessary parts to fix the problem won't be ready until at least October. The company will send a letter to owners affected by the recall later this month. A second letter will then be sent when parts are available.
