Medical Services at No Cost to Public

This is a training exercise for the military where their staff get hands on experience in providing free, limited medical, dental and vision services - and communities receive these services at no cost to individuals. No co-pay, no funding source, no insurance required. There is no income requirement and no residency requirement. All ages welcome.Return to event list.
There are 3 of these events (Marion, Harrisburg & Cairo) taking place in southern Illinois during a two week period in June: Marion Jr. High School, 1609 W. Main Street, Marion, IL; Harrisburg Middle School, 312 Bulldog Blvd., Harrisburg, IL; Cairo Junior/Senior High School, 4201 Sycamore St., Cairo, IL. The dates are 6/16 – 6/27 and times for appointments are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm each day, except Saturday, 6/21, which will be morning only appointments.
These services include:
•Medical Screening and non-emergency medical treatment
•Dental Exams, Cleanings and Extractions ONLY
•Optometry exams and glasses (Single vision, one pair only)
(School physicals will NOT be provided.)
