This free screening features the film "Love Free or Die," which tells the story of Gene Robinson, the first openly gay person to become a bishop in the historic traditions of Christendom. Robinson's consecration in 2003 in the Episcopal diocese of New Hampshire, to which he wore a bullet-proof vest, caused an international stir. Rev. Katherine Graves, First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Carbondale, and Rev. Sam Foskey, First Presbyterian Church in Harrisburg, will lead a discussion after the film.Return to event list.
