Cabaret Decadance Benefit Performance Live at the Historic Liberty Theater

Cabaret Decadance, the Carbondale-based vaudeville revue with dancers, vocalists and musicians has been entertaining sell-out crowds since its debut. A spokesman for the group said the show is a reflection of old time Americana, jazz’d up for a new century and is appropriate for family viewing.Return to event list.
The band careens though polkas, mambos, rags and swing, with Mistress of Ceremonies “Clare de Lune” and her fellow raconteur, “Ms. Demeanor” as partners in comedy in distinctive slapstick sound. There are fifteen cast members.
Tickets are $10.00 each with half sale proceeds benefiting The Historic Liberty restoration and renovation projects and are on sale at Cristaudos, Carbondale and the main lobby at First Bank and Trust, Murphysboro. Advance purchase is recommended. Standing room will not be available. Lighted lot parking is available just steps away from the Theater’s front lobby. The Cabaret Decadance show is the opening event for the Historic Liberty Theater’s Centennial celebration.
