The Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) is a summer employment program for young men and women ages 16 through 18, who work, learn, and earn together by doing outdoor projects on public land. The goals are to accomplish needed conservation work on public lands, to provide gainful employment for America's youth, and provide an opportunity for participants to develop an understanding and appreciation for the nation's natural environment and heritage.Return to event list.
Job Location: Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge, Ullin, IL
Application Deadline: Original applications must be received at the Refuge Office by 4 p.m. April 26, 2013 by mail or in person. The Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge office is located on the Rustic Campus at Shawnee Community College at 137 Rustic Campus Rd, Building D, Ullin IL 62992.
