Date(s) & Time(s)::
October 12, 2012 at 8:00 PM
Location: Downtown Murphysboro, IL
“Cabaret Decadance” has been performing its song and dance routine with all the slapstick and innuendo, soft shoe and shuffle, since 1997.Return to event list.
It started as a party joke with “Doc” McCall playing the honky tonk piano and his costar, “Clare de Lune” (Clare McCall) in a high camp song parady. Today “Cabaret Decandance” has a cast of a dozen or so performers. Described as “Sassy, Brassy & Classy”, the show is campy and fun.
Curtain time is 8:00 pm. Lighted lot parking is available just steps away from the front door. Concessions will be available. Advance tickets at $5.00 are on sale at The Practice Pad, 16 North Illinois Avenue, Carbondale and will be available at $7.00 at the door.
All event proceeds benefit the all volunteer on-going restoration project of the Liberty, which is now a National Historic Site.
