Illinois Bill Penalizes for Leaving Pets in Extreme Weather
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - Illinois lawmakers have sent Gov. Bruce Rauner legislation that would make leaving pets outside in extreme hot or cold weather punishable with jail time and fines.
